SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders are shipped from my studio on Quadra Island, Canada via Canada Post with tracking.
In-stock pieces are carefully prepared and dispatched within a few working days, while made-to-order pieces are crafted in my studio and shipped within approximately 4–8 weeks.
Living and working on a small island means shipping can occasionally take a little longer, and even with priority service delivery may take a week or more.
If you have a specific timeline, feel free to contact me at akiishiharajewelry@gmail.com. I will do my best to suggest ready-to-ship pieces or accommodate your request where possible.
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
All orders are packaged with care using minimal and environmentally conscious materials.
Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, customs, and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

JEWELRY CARE
Silver
developing a quiet patina over time
Each piece is crafted in sterling silver and designed to be worn and lived with through everyday life.
A soft patina will naturally develop, along with subtle marks that reflect your daily life — becoming part of the piece’s character and story.
silver responds beautifully to being worn, and will often maintain its natural sheen through everyday use.
if needed, gently clean your jewelry with a soft cloth. For a deeper clean, mild soap and water can be used - be sure to dry thoroughly.
when not in use, store your jewelry in a dry place, ideally in an airtight container or pouch to help slow natural tarnishing.
Bronze
evolving in tone with time and wear
Each piece is crafted in bronze and will naturally evolve in tone over time.
Subtle changes in colour and surface are part of its character, shaped by wear and environment.
if needed, gently clean your jewelry with a soft cloth. For a deeper clean, mild soap and water can be used - be sure to dry thoroughly.
Bronze naturally reacts to moisture, so keeping it dry will help maintain its surface.
If you prefer a brighter finish, a soft polishing cloth can be used to gently restore its shine.
When not in use, store your jewelry in a dry place, ideally in an airtight container or pouch to help slow natural oxidation.
VARIATION
Each piece is individually hand-carved and cast in my studio.
Subtle variations are a natural part of this process, making every piece quietly unique.
